Starting with a conversation about what works for us as a TA and a teacher, we will discuss how to best work together in the classroom to help students. We will share other teacher and TA feedback, ask you for your thoughts and ideas, and even practice some role play situations to navigate the partnership so everyone feels comfortable, valued, and productive in the classroom, because together we empower students.
